方管市场价格部分上调。今日国内方管市场基本偏稳，部分地区有补涨补跌操作，北方重点城市唐山方管钢厂指导价格以稳为主，部分小涨10元左右，钢厂库存及计划基本以本地 消化为主，库存量仍有小幅上涨，主要仍以赶计划为主，而部分钢厂反应16日将会执行停产政策，从而钢厂也是尽力生产储备库存以备后市行情，需求有一定跟 进，低价资源尚可，南方地区基本偏稳，成交部分尚可，方管市场价格涨跌幅度依旧较小，整体以出货为主，午后唐山、昌黎钢坯稳，现普碳方坯含税出厂3390元， 成本暂稳，期螺开盘显跌势，震荡幅度较大，仍有下行趋势，市场心态仍谨慎，预计明日国内方管市场价格稳或窄幅微调。
